Paintball in the Poconos

Paintball can be a lot of fun for folks of all ages. Check first though as some of the locations have age restrictions. Paintball can be a demanding sport and the hits can raise lumps. If you have any health issues, be sure to check with your doctor before going.

Many corporations use paintball events as team building exercises (I can think of more than one boss I wouldn't have minded nailing with a full magazine of red paintballs)
